POPULAR QUESTIONS
Some sofab furniture, like the Get-Along Chair, arrives in one big beautiful box. Others require a couple of boxes to make them more manageable to move. We’ve designed and boxed each sofab product so it’s easy to maneuver, but you’ll want to grab a friend or two to help with the heavy lifting.

The chaise works on either side of the couch. All you have to do is flip the cushion!

Our woven fabrics have a super-dense weave, making them more tear and puncture-resistant than others in the industry. Shedding pets will leave more of a mark on dark fabrics, so a lint roller will be your new best friend. Visit our Quality Care page or contact us for more information.

Shipping is estimated at 4–6 days once your order is processed.
Our primary carrier is FedEx and they will attempt additional deliveries, depending on where you live. Please pay attention to the tags left by the FedEx driver.
