How big and heavy are sofab boxes? 

Some sofab furniture, like the Get-Along Chair, arrives in one big beautiful box. Others require a couple of boxes to make them more manageable to move. We’ve designed and boxed each sofab product so it’s easy to maneuver, but you’ll want to grab a friend or two to help with the heavy lifting.

Where can I find assembly instructions?

On the Kickback Couch, which side is the chaise on? 

The chaise works on either side of the couch. All you have to do is flip the cushion!

Can I turn my sofa into a Kickback Couch or sectional? 

You betcha! Contact Customer Care to order the complimenting pieces.

How does sofab furniture hold up against pets? 

Our woven fabrics have a super-dense weave, making them more tear and puncture-resistant than others in the industry. Shedding pets will leave more of a mark on dark fabrics, so a lint roller will be your new best friend. Visit our Quality Care page or contact us for more information.

How do I care for and clean my sofab furniture?

Warm water, a rag or paper towel, and a mild detergent are a safe bet. Dab any stains—don’t rub. Visit ourAssembly & Care Page or contact us for more information.

ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS

How do I check my order status? 

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking code to your inbox. You can also access your tracking code by logging into your account at sofab.com

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time—sorry!

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping is estimated at 4–6 days once your order is processed.

What if I’m not home when my sofab box is delivered?

Our primary carrier is FedEx and they will attempt additional deliveries, depending on where you live. Please pay attention to the tags left by the FedEx driver. 

What if my sofab arrives damaged or with missing parts? 

Perfection is our aim, so we’re bummed to hear your new arrival somehow missed the mark. In the unlikely event your item arrives with parts missing or any damage, please contact us at  customercare@sofab.com so we can make everything right as soon as possible.
