The plan has contracts with METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, VISION SERVICE PLAN, COMPANION LIFE, and THE LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY to pay Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Accident claims incurred under the terms of the plan. The total premiums paid for the plan year ending 12/31/2020 were $440,990.
